A TCDealer is usually an IT sales firm that concentrates firmly on new business. TrustedCloud will own, bill and support the customer directly. A TCDealer is responsible for the full sales cycle to closure and will receive a monthly trailing commission until the contract ends.

TCPartner 

The TCPartner owns, bills and administers first level support of the customer and is responsible for the full sales cycle of the TrustedCloud product. TCPartner margins can progress to Silver and Gold level. This category suits the partner with a focus on Cloud Computing, a strong business development force and excellent technical capabilities.
